Stepping into this prestigious space boasting of 21′ ceilings with walls of glass allowing natural light to illuminate the open floor plan creates an unforgettable design. The unique architecture of this home allowed us to design details to enhance these architectural features. Keeping a color continuity throughout the various rooms and levels of the home allow the spaces to connect, yet each have their own specific characteristics allowing them to stand on their own. We applied the basic design principles of repetition, harmony, and balance to this design creating an environment that is unified and dynamic.

Main Level
Upon opening the door and entering the home you are greeted with a splash of color in the tray ceiling of the Dining Room.
The Greatroom displays 20′ window panels that frame the window wall, wallcovering panels are utilized as artwork, and a unique furniture arrangement allows for inviting seating.
The Kitchen area encompasses a unique space that we transformed into a family-friendly television area complete with a sectional for seating, built-in millwork for photo display, and cornice boards that allow the windows to remain open.
The Master On-Suite is a vacation retreat. Offering a spa-like feel with soft colors, various custom tile installations, patterened wallcovering, and unique lighting locations and selections.
Upper Level
The sports themed boy’s bedroom and “Jack & Jill” bathroom offered a ceiling height to install a dynamic industrial light fixture, an eye-popping wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling graphic decal, and space to display favorite sports memorabilia.
The chic girl’s bedroom offered a unique stair stepped ceiling that was enhanced with a pop of color, and glass bubble light fixture. Paired with a raspberry, black, and white color scheme this suite is Très chic.
Lower Level
With the addition of the Wet Bar area this space is ready to entertain. Pendant lighting highlights the bar top and faux stone on the bar face gives the space a pub-like feel, complete with a place to keep score of your pool game in the gaming area. You can catch a movie in the Home Theatre with custom built risers for theatre seating and lush red velvet curtains giving you the ultimate movie experience at home.
